Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Beautifully Twizted! We take great pride in the quality of our custom DTF and Sublimation products. Because we specialize in bringing your unique visions to life—whether it’s a single gift or a bulk promotional order—we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. In-Stock (Non-Custom) Products
We want you to love your purchase. If you purchased a pre-designed, "in-stock" item (such as a standard shirt or coaster design found in our shop that was not customized for you), you are eligible for a return.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning in-stock items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
At Beautifully Twizted, we specialize in custom DTF and Sublimation prints on t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, slate photos, and more.

Non-Returnable: Because custom orders are manufactured specifically to your vision, unique specifications, or personal photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom-ordered items.

Approval Process: For bulk or complex custom orders, please ensure all spelling, colors, and layouts are correct during the design consultation/approval phase. Once a custom item is printed, it cannot be undone.
3. Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Defective Items: If there is a manufacturing error or a physical defect in the product (e.g., a cracked slate or a misprinted tumbler), please email us at orders@beautifullytwizted.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Resolution: If the error was on our end, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you or issue a shop credit.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return (for in-stock items), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Cancellations

In-Stock Items: May be cancelled before they have shipped.

Custom Orders: Once the printing process has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to change a custom order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement.
